Q: Do you work on Consumer Projects?

A: No. We understand how disruptive a call out of office hours can be, so therefore we choose to concentrate on B2B which is what we are best at.

Q: Is Telemarketing for me?

A: Whether you have had a bad experience in the past or have never thought about this option before, our trials are the solution to test the water with no fixed commitment once the trial is completed.

Q: What are the set-up costs?

A: Nothing. Unlike other companies we have no set up costs. We research your company, utilise your company literature and work alongside you to gain an understanding of what your aims are. We believe this should always be a standard, and so therefore forms part of your campaign.However for new projects we require a 50% deposit prior to work commencing.

Q: How often will I receive a report?

A: Everyday, unless otherwise requested. We feel it is important to give a daily feedback for both reactive and proactive requirements.

Q: Will you supply my data?

A: If you do not have your own data then we can certainly do this for you. Due to making purchases quite regularly we can often source data at much better rates than the one off purchasers. Data does however need to be paid for in advance by the client.

Q: What is TPS?

A: The Telephone Preference Service (TPS) is a central opt out register whereby individuals can register their wish not to receive unsolicited sales and marketing calls. It is a legal requirement that companies adhere to the TPS rules and do not therefore make calls to individuals on the TPS list. The TPS list is updated every 28 days, so you should ensure you regularly screen your data to avoid any fines.

Q: What are the free follow up calls?

A: In every project you are likely to have prospects whom, for whatever reason are unobtainable. So even when your project is finished, we will make two additional attempts to contact each prospect to ensure you have a fully complete database.
